These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreTrack platform and services provided by Anunova Pty Ltd (ABN: 52 697 456 661) ("Anunova", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using CoreTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Anunova Pty Ltd. If you are using CoreTrack on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
CoreTrack is a cloud-based digital core logging platform for geologists and core yard teams. It provides real-time tracking of drill holes and core processing steps, configurable process workflows, comprehensive audit trails, and drilling and logging productivity analytics for mining and resource operations.
3. User accounts & responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in CoreTrack (including software, design, logos, features, and content) are owned by or licensed to Anunova Pty Ltd.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CoreTrack during your subscription.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the platform.
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
5. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Scrape, data mine, or systematically extract data from the platform.
- Share access credentials with unauthorised users.
6. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you record in CoreTrack — including hole records, processing step data, workflow configurations, and library reference data. We only use it as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Subscriptions, fees and billing
CoreTrack is offered in subscription plans (Basic, Professional and Enterprise) with differing feature allowances, such as the number of active holes and configurable workflows. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our third-party payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing or plan allowances with notice.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". CoreTrack is a record-keeping and tracking tool — you remain responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for all geological, operational and safety decisions made in your operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anunova Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoreTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify material changes where reasonably practicable.
